You attach your card to your emergency backpack or bag. A structured equipment checklist is essential in emergency medical services to ensure you can act quickly and correctly in an emergency. It ensures that all necessary equipment is in working order and that consumables are available. With this 1:1 link, you allow for no discrepancies. When you scan the product’s card, all modules are displayed and mapped.

Example: Emergency Vehicle Equipment Check.

You link your card to your emergency vehicle or to your building. Using the modules, you map out the numbered compartments (vehicle) or rooms with their corresponding contents (supplies).

Example: First Aid Station (Company) Supply Check

Your map is located in the first aid station within the company. When supplies are removed, a scan notifies the person in charge. This ensures that the first aid station is always ready for use.

Here’s how it works

With the PAX Material Check, we’ve created a simple and effective way to track material withdrawals online. You can also set up technical inspections, which are visible only to authorized users. You’ll need a PAX Material Check card, a laptop or computer for the admin panel, and NFC-enabled devices for users. Then you’re ready to go.

1. Buy a PAX Material-Check 2.0 NFC Card
   1. You can easily purchase the PAX Material-Check card (12-month term) in the PAX Online Shop
   2. We’ll link your PAX Material-Check NFC card to your account. Along with the NFC-enabled card, you’ll receive access to the admin panel. For each PAX Material-Check card, you can configure one main product with up to 20 modules / inner pockets.
2. Set up the Admin Panel / Configure a Product
   1. Select system language
   2. Manage your products / your PAX Material-Check cards via a single account
3. Configure Products
   1. Names, part numbers, descriptions, serial numbers, and even custom product photos can be freely selected. You can also use the camera function to capture LOT and UDI numbers.
   2. Recording of Consumables
   3. Can be maintained manually via the Admin Panel.
   4. Additionally, complete bill of materials can be easily imported via CSV upload. You’ll find the corresponding templates in the Admin Panel.
   5. Enter the quantity of items according to specifications.
   6. Enter expiration dates for individual products
4. User Management
   1. to start the Material Check, you now need to add users via the Admin Panel.
   2. Newly added users will receive a confirmation email with a link to the app stores.
   3. Invite up to 10 users to use the PAX Material.Check app.
