PAX I-Mat Vacuum Mattress – with carrying handles
The PAX Vacuum Mattress – I-Mat – Handles is our entry-level product and is manufactured with the same PAX attention to detail as all our other products. The straight cut resembles a large ‘I’ and is optimised for use in the medical sector. The PAX I-Mat comes with 10 loop handles and our 5 colour-coded securing straps.
The straps and loops are welded on the inside to ensure easy cleaning and a smooth surface. The material of the handles is completely closed-cell, and the buckles are attached to the side of the mattress to prevent pressure sores on the patient. The customisable strap extension is also included with this model.
The PAX vacuum mattress – I-Mat – handles meet the requirements of standard EN 1865-1 as well as the recommendations of the S3 guideline – Polytrauma, and are made from the very soft and comfortable PAX-Flex Tec MP material on the side facing the patient.
All PAX vacuum mattresses from the standard range are supplied with TPU positioning straps. Image for illustrative purposes only.
