Conditions of participation PAX raffles

Organizer: This contest is organized by X-CEN-TEK GmbH & Co. KG (PAX-BAGS.COM), hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.” This contest is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are excluded from any liability regarding the contest.

Eligibility: Eligible to participate are individuals aged 18 and older who reside in the EU. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Here’s how you can enter:

1. Comment on which PAX product you’d like to see in person
2. Follow our page to be entered into the drawing!
   
   

The promotion runs from March 27 to April 17, 2026. The deadline for entry is April 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (CEST).

Prize:

5 x 2 tickets to RETTmobil 2026

Cash redemption of the prizes or an exchange is not possible. The prize is non-transferable.

 Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all participants after the contest ends. The winner will be contacted via a private message on Facebook/Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

Publication of the winner: The winner’s name may be published on Facebook/Instagram after the contest concludes, unless the winner expressly objects.

Data protection: The personal data collected as part of the contest will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest and will not be shared with third parties. The data will be deleted after the contest concludes.

Disclaimer: The organizer is not liable for any damages resulting from errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, technical malfunctions, loss or deletion of data, or any other issues arising from participation in the contest.

Modification or Termination of the Contest: The organizer reserves the right to modify, adapt, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice should unforeseen circumstances arise or if proper execution cannot be guaranteed.

Miscellaneous: Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions of these contest rules be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is the organizer’s registered office.

The terms and conditions of participation are updated for the current contests at PAX and apply in their respective form only to the corresponding contest.
