Andreas Körner joins PAX-Bags

We are delighted to announce an important change today:

Andreas Körner, founder and managing director of AK MedTec GmbH, is now working for X-CEN-TEK GmbH & Co. KG and the PAX-Bags brand.

AK MedTec GmbH will cease business operations on 31 October 2025.

Andreas Körner brings over 35 years of experience in emergency medical services to the table – as a paramedic, developer of innovative medical technology and pioneer in the field of hypothermia products. He founded AK MedTec GmbH in 2018 and developed, among other things, the first heated stretcher pads and vacuum mattresses, which are now successfully used by numerous organisations.

With his expertise, commitment and passion, Andreas Körner will continue to develop and expand the PAX product portfolio in the field of temperature management.
