The motto of the 24th Congress of the German Interdisciplinary Association for Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine (DIVI) is: "Competence in a team: innovation meets experience".
The motto is more relevant than ever. Intensive care and emergency medicine in particular thrives on innovation, which can only be meaningfully implemented in the interests of patients if the team has the relevant experience.
