The practical helper in height rescue
Space enough to comfortably shoulder 100 meters of rope. The rope backpack is a vital in high-altitude rescues. The side vents allow the rope and equipment to start drying on the way back down, helping to prevent corrosion of the metal parts. We have placed loops in the backpack for holding a rope end – making sure it is always handy. The eyes on the backpack allow for drawing rope out of the backpack, tying it off and quickly checking before abseiling. We reinforced the openings on the rope backpack, making it easier to keep open and pack up the rope. The grips are robust enough for attaching the backpack or abseiling.
