According to law we have to grant a warranty of 2 years. But we offer to you five years. The reason is quite simple: Let's say we would be a producer of tomatoe purée tins. It wouldn't occure to us to print the best before date of fresh milk onto it. And amongst bag manufacturers PAX bags are definitely the tomatoe purée! Our products live longer and thus we give three more years of warranty as legally regulated.

This manufacturer's warranty (hereafter called "warranty") relates to all products acquired with this warranty declaration. The warranty rights granted by law to the seller remain untouched from this. We give warranty according to following regulations by free of charge removal of the defects of the product that are verifiable based on a material or manufacturing defect within the warranty period. The warranty period is 24 months and 12 months with commercial or professional or equivalent use. Warranty period starts with purchase by the first consumer. The date stated on the original sales receipt is authoritative.
The entitlement to warranty requires a previous registration of the serial number. For this please send the serial number of the acquired product directly after purchase to the below address.
Exempted from warranty are:
Removal of an accepted and binding warranty defect will be carried out by either repairing the product free of charge or by replacing it with an impeccable one (also with a follow-up model, if necessary)
Warranty claims have to be asserted within the warranty period. For this the product in question has to be sent to us accompanied by the original sales receipt stating the date of purchase and product name upon prior registration according to digit 3.
Other claims than the named right in these warranty conditions to removal of defects of the product will not account for our warranty.
The warranty period for the product will neither be prolonged nor renewed by our warranty adjustments.
This warranty applies to products that are purchased in Germany. This warranty applies to German material right.

The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution in the case of payment in advance, or on the day after the conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods, and ends at the end of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Sometimes even our PAX products suffer the scratches of everyday use. Sometimes something breaks. No problem for you, because the PAX Repair Service is here to help.
For a binding cost estimate, we need the defective PAX product with the completed repair request form at our premises. Please fill it out and enclose it with your defective PAX product. You are responsible for the shipping costs (outward and return shipping).

Can all PAX products be repaired?
Our colleagues in the specialist department can often see at first glance whether a repair is possible and/or economically viable. To avoid unnecessary costs and save resources, please send us a photo of the defect on your PAX product in advance. We will then let you know whether it makes sense to send it in.

Card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
You can pay with cards from the following providers: Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards) and American Express (credit cards). Your card details are encrypted when transmitted to the PAX Online Shop. In addition, the PAX Online Shop often requires additional protection from your card-issuing bank in the form of a 3D Secure code. Entering an individual code prevents misuse in the event of your card being stolen.
This high security standard ensures that your card can be used safely in the PAX Online Shop.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a convenient, secure and fast way to pay with your Apple devices. Click on Apple Pay and confirm your purchase using Touch ID/Face ID on your Apple device without entering any further card details.
EPS
The abbreviation eps stands for ‘electronic payment standard’, the so-called eps transfer, which was developed by numerous Austrian banks together with STUZZA, the study group for cooperation in payment transactions, as a method for secure payment of purchases on the Internet. In Austria, eps transfers are also used as an online payment method for electronic government transactions (e-government).
How does an eps transfer work?
Similar to instant transfers, eps transfers are available to customers in the PAX online shop as an additional online payment method. Customers who select eps as their payment method for their online purchases are redirected to a central bank selection list. There they can select their bank and are redirected to online banking for the payment process. There they log in with their access data and approve the eps transfer via TAN (transaction number) or an electronic signature. The amount owed is then transferred by the bank from the customer's account to the online retailer.
Przelewy24
If the customer of the PAX online shop selects payment via Przelewy24, all necessary data is transferred from the online shop to the company. The online customer must then select their bank and confirm the payment with a TAN. Once this has been done, the customer is redirected back to the online shop, where they are informed whether the payment process
was successful or not. The retailer can then ship the goods immediately.
Giropay
When choosing Giropay as your payment method, you first enter your bank code at the PAX Online Shop checkout and then click on ‘Pay’ to be redirected to your bank's online banking portal.
There, you log in as usual and can then authorise the pre-filled payment form. As is usual for payments by bank transfer, a transaction number is required for this. This is generated differently depending on the bank. The most common methods currently used are TAN lists, the so-called SMS TAN procedure and the generation of a PIN via a reader. Since April 2016, it has also been possible to make smaller payments of up to £30 without any verification (you still need to log in to your online banking). Once the payment has been completed, you will be redirected back to the PAX online shop and receive confirmation of your payment and order.
Prepayment
After placing your order, you will receive all payment information in the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.

Ordering these articles for viewing or test purposes does not constitute an obligation to purchase. The customer bears the shipping costs. This also applies if the goods are returned in full. The goods shall be made available in a clean and complete condition. Defects and missing accessories must be reported in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods. Later complaints cannot be accepted. The goods shall be returned unsolicited after expiry of the period specified in the delivery bill at the risk and expense of the customer. If the goods are damaged due to improper use or are returned uncleaned, repairs will be charged at cost and subject to a prior cost estimate. Cleaning will be charged at a flat rate of 39.00 euros.
If you compare cleaning a mud-splattered safari jeep to cleaning a car only used on Sundays, the wow-effect with the jeep is much greater. Like the jeep, PAX bags can often get very dirty. And like the jeep they clean up very nicely: A big before-after-effect in a short period of time!
Finished washing? Very good, now comes care. As a first step, this means complete drying. Put the backpack, or the bag in a warm place for a longer period of time. Because of the fibre coating, the material takes longer to dry. Afterwards you can put back any oft he parts you have taken off to clean. You can then rub the zippers with an transparent (silicone) dry-film lubricant. After you have done that your PAX-product is clean and ready for operation again for a long time!
Hint: In order to remove oil spots, we recommend rubbing the fresh spot with a little butter. After a short time, the oil and butter can be removed with a little soapy water. Please do not use aggressive cleaners. They can damage the fibre coating.
